National Forest runs along the  north side (lots 1-9), down along Haystack Butte (lots 16, 17, and 23), and inside (lots 14-18, 21 & 22)

Glade Reservoir 

Planning has been in process for some time. Per Northern Water, it will be slightly smaller than Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins.

Denver University

The area immediately surrounding Shoshana Ranch is unlikely to ever be developed. DU's Mtn. Campus intends to preserve the land.
